There are no order minimums.
How does pricing work?
Trade professionals with a valid account purchase at a discount of MSRP. Discounts increase as you reach additional ordering thresholds. Contact Us or your Copeland sales representative for specifics.
How do your products ship?
We are able to arrange LTL shipments to the forwarder of your choice or Threshold/White Glove delivery when in home service is preferred. Shipment is prepaid and billed as a line item on your invoice.
What are your payment terms?
Trade orders require a 50% deposit at the time of order entry with the balance and shipping charges due before delivery. We accept check, ACH payments and most major credit cards (there is a 3% surcharge for credit card payment). Click for full Terms and Conditions
